KidSuper Brings DC’s Most Notorious Villains Into Its World

By October 13, 2026FASHION NEWS

Not a hero.

KidSuper is going full villain for its latest collaboration, and you might be wondering what that actually means. Well, Founder Colm Dillane is taking some of the most iconic bad guys in comic book history and dropping them into his own wonderfully chaotic universe. Teaming up with DC Comics and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, the Brooklyn-based label has picked eight characters: from The Joker and Catwoman to Bane and Mr. Freeze,  and given them the KidSuper treatment.
The familiar Face Hoodie becomes the backbone for each villain, but the real fun is in the unexpected details. Poison Ivy gets a planter, Clayface becomes a set of bookends, the Riddler comes with a puzzle, and the Penguin gets an umbrella. There’s even a heat-reactive puffer jacket inspired by Mr. Freeze and a Catwoman trench coat, bringing a little comic-book fantasy into everyday dressing.
The collaboration also plays into Dillane’s long-running goal to make KidSuper feel like a world of its own, where characters, art and clothing all blur together. Revisiting DC’s archives gave the designer a chance to look at the early drawings behind these legendary villains and have enough context to develop this collab.
To bring that idea into the real world, KidSuper is opening “Rogues Gallery” in Brooklyn, a space filled with original artwork, objects, and installations running from 20 October to 23. The collection will be available there first, before going online at KidSuper.com on 23 October at 12 p.m.
