Originally released in 1990, this specific colourway of the Jordan 5s never accompanied Mr Michael Jordan of the brand Air Jordan’s on the court to any of his games but rather took its attention from the loud flashy, retro youthful style of that time.
Growing up as most young adults would have witnessed, if not through idolizing Michael Jordan, then maybe seeing the L shape kicks feature on our greatest, more cherished family name TV show, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air starring actor Will Smith or maybe worn on comedian Chris Rocks comedy album Born Suspect album art. Unfortunately limited in numbers the sells of the shoe didn’t excel in comparison to the release in 2006.
