Robert Geller a born German has created an impressive collection for the Spring/Summer 2014 showcased at New York’s Fashion Week. A sense of sternness was present in Robert Geller’s runway show. A mixture of dark palette ran through most of the garments with a small handful of school bus – yellow pieces. Shying away from his classic knits, some key chic summer leathers took the front seat, designed in a sleeveless fashion to capture the element of summer in his designs.
Embodying a slight military theme, Geller stirs away from the pastel sports luxe trends or even the minimalism. Geller has chosen to focus on tones which can seem taboo for the Spring/Summer 2014 but has made work effortlessly well. Vertical strip ¾ leggings, holly green sweaters light weight leather and splashes of bright yellow socks and trench coats add a dynamic twist to Robert Geller’s very interesting Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
