Celebrity street style this week has been kept to the dapper side, due to a variety of film premieres and events. We bring to you our favourite five from this week, ranging from outfit choices from Burberry, to Alexander McQueen.
Douglas Booth
Dapper British boy Douglas Booth was spotted at the London premiere of “Noah” in Leicester Square on 31 March 2014. Booth wore a checked suit from Burberry Tailoring, over a matching waistcoat and white shirt. Worn with a striped tie and black lace up shoes, we give props to the young actor for opting to go with a suit that’s not just all black AND for mixing up prints! (Checks and stripes- apparently they do go together).
Jamie Campbell Bower
Another Burberry boy on our radar this week is Jamie Campbell Bower, who was seen wearing a navy skull jacquard suit by Alexander McQueen to the 2014 Jameson Empire Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel. The actor who has a slight street style rep of being a ‘rocker’ boy, managed to pull off the print pretty well in our eyes, and we like how he kept the look simple by wearing white tonal skull stripe shirt underneath, with black suede lace up shoes.
Theo James
To the London premiere, Divergent actor Theo James wore SS14 Alexander McQueen in navy, over a white shirt with a green silk tie. We have to admit, the green tie is slightly unusual (we’d have opted for a light grey or something similar), but it actually works really well.
Pharrell Williams
Another guy who’s been more immersed in the fashion industry as of late, Pharrell Williams was seen wearing a black jacket from the Chanel pre SS14 collection, over a Chanel sweater, with the name ‘painted’ across the front. Overall, the entire look is kind of similar to his usual style, but we can’t deny we are absolutely loving that jacket. Of course, he was also seen wearing his outfit with that hat…
Douglas Booth
Appearing on our best dressed list for the second time this week, we have Douglas Booth, who this time, was seen at the Ireland premiere for the film Noah. Despite sticking to checks, this time the actor went for a different designer- Alexander McQueen to be exact. In blue and grey check, he opted for a double-breasted suit and waistcoat. The three piece suite was worn over a white shirt with a blue tie and black leather shoes.
