A tropical getaway is in session for Yohji Yamamoto’s Y-3 Spring/Summer 2015 Collection.
This was a relaxed collection consisting of joggers and wide trousers to relaxed tops and slim fit sportswear. Started of dark before moving on to lighter hues of cream and white, it then evolved it gradient prints t-shirts before finishing off with a Hawaiian floral extravaganza without being too overwhelming.
Yamamoto has always been influenced by street wear and he knows how to do street wear best making it casual, wearable and desirable all at once. You could feel that this was a youthful energetic showcase that mixes the cheerfulness of spring florals with the darkness of punk together, making it a unique and futuristic sportswear collection.
