Get yourself to the London Transport Museum pronto.
In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Edward Johnston typeface, Nike have designed an exclusive pair of NikeLab x Roundel trainers that feature the iconic font. If you don’t think you know the font, one glance at Nike’s new sneakers will affirm that you do (granted you’ve used London transport at least once in your life).
The second collaboration between Nike and TfL, the exclusive footwear is a spin on the cult classic Air Zoom Spiridon trainer.
From 1pm today, 23rd November, the NikeLab x Roundel trainers will be available to buy from the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden, London. Priced at £139.99, there are only 150 pairs available so you better be quick! Shoppers will also receive a free Edward Johnston poster and personalised notebook.
