Fed up of the tourist packed Oxford Street, and the overrated Westfield/s? Delve into Soho for a more unique experience.
Newburgh Quarter is easily accessible from Oxford Circus Station, and is a unique area offering both renowned and independent brands. In addition, there is a huge range of restaurants, pubs & cafés.
Need inspiration for a day out? How about the following agenda?
Department of Coffee and Social Affairs – Grab a takeaway, or settle in for the afternoon. Take a look around when you’re in there; you’ll be surrounded by creatives and a great atmosphere.
Choccywoccydoodah – Perfect for those little (or for that matter, large) novelty chocolate gifts. Or alternatively, a sneaky afternoon treat for yourself.
A Number of Names – A one stop shop for cool streetwear. (Look below styled by PAUSE Fashion Director, Samantha Ria, using shop stock)
Lazy Oaf – Quirky styles for him and for her. Not to be missed.
Oi Polloi – Stocks exclusive products and collaborations, with some not being found anywhere else in Europe! Now try that for size!
Evisu – For the denim lover in you. Great for outerwear particularly. Strong looks to come for SS17.
Carnaby Burger Co. – Fast and cheery service, and some of the best burgers in town (even for the veggies among us; me!) Recommended order? The Goats Cheese and Aubergine Burger, with a side of sweet potato fries.
Verdict? Newburgh Quarter has great food and drink pitstops plus a wide variety of shops. Defo worth a visit!
