Band of Outsiders try out new form of presentation at LFWM
Band of Outsiders demonstrated a new take on the fashion presentation, showcasing their SS18 collection in the form of a ‘comedy night’, giving a sense of a less serious side of the industry – a light relief for attendees of the fashion weekend.
Comedians took turns taking to the stage of the Top Secret comedy club on Drury Lane wearing a look from the season’s collection. Oranges, yellows, reds, blues and greens washed the summer garments, decorated with shark prints and their new ‘smelly cat’ iconography. The underlying inspiration nodded to 1960s beachwear meets workwear.
