Stone Island have released their Autumn/Winter ‘017’018 lookbook. The collection focuses on new textile research to revitalise archive pieces through contrasting elements such as matte/shiny, organic/manmade and flat/structured. Ghost Pieces within the collection feature special mono-colour badges to blend into the camouflage garments of sweaters, jackets and sweatshirts. Frost Finish, Stone Island House Check and Stone Island Camouflage are all new treatments and finishes. The Thermosensitive pieces change colour when the temperatures are low, such as from yellow to orange, from emerald to military green, from ivory to anthracite. Panno-R 4L Stretch pieces feature a breathable 4 layer construction which are warm, as well as water and wind repellant. Key pieces include a bright orange mac and puffy blue two piece.
