Los Angeles based brand, Renowned, recently launched its “Shadows” collection and campaign.
A collection that embodies a unique perspective of the American Dream and the idea of attaining success in America, the “Shadows” collection carries a dark colour palette. With graphics such as a wolf and rising sun covering the pieces, the range which includes t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, as well as a military vest and chest rig, is contrasted with bold yellow hues and bedazzled accents.
Speaking on the new collection, Renowned founder John Dean said “ Throughout the SS19 collection, we use contrasting hues and imagery to show the internal struggle between dreams and reality. The wolf motif is consistent in this collection, representing the hunger and drive along “ the chase” of achieving your dreams. Contrarily, the rising sun graphic illustrates a brighter look towards our futures.”
