The Return of the Three Stripe Trucker.
Following from their autumn/winter 2019 show during NYFW back in February, Helmut Lang recently unveiled their latest artist collaboration with Josephine Meckseper which is available for purchase online now.
Comprising just three pieces, the t-shirt, jeans and denim jacket capsule all feature the same three-stripe design hand-painted onto them using a layering technique which gives a three-dimensional effect. Taking inspiration from the brand’s similarly named trucker jacket from the nineties, the fresh take offers a more contemporary finish while gently referencing the iconic style.
