Returning with a bevvy of military-inspired statement pieces, Japanese label KAPITAL looks to its Spring/Summer 2020 offering for quilted souvenir jackets detailed with a map of popular surfing destinations in Japan.
Elevated with intricate embroidery, the J-WAVE Souvenir Jackets are crafted with a boxy silhouette which sports a distinctive two-part design with raglan sleeves and flat collars. With the word “Surf” emblazoned on the back, the jackets flaunt a smooth nylon diamond quilted finish at the front, while a smoother, delicate velour fabric dresses the rear of the jackets which are rounded out with welt pockets and striped piping on the edges. Affirming the label’s knack for craftsmanship, the back of the jackets feature a rough map of Japan, highlighting ideal spots for surfing.
