Pull&Bear have pulled up with a collection that will transport you into another world. The Matrix is their third and latest drop of the FW20 Sicko 19 collection. The limited capsule is inspired by the iconic sci-fi trilogy The Matrix – where the fashions of the films still leave a lasting impression.
The core of this capsule is the all-over print representation of the famous Matrix code. This is present in the outerwear, footwear, accessories and twin-sets of hoodies and trousers. The colour palette predominantly consists of black and green with a dash of blue. Stills of Morpheus, Neo and Trinity appear on a denim jacket and trousers twin set and a hoodie. The collection makes use of the utility aesthetic seen throughout the movie with its twin-set of black faux leather waistcoat and cargo trouser. The Matrix’s most recognisable scenes appear on viscose shirts and cotton t-shirts – simply perfect for people who like to make a scene wherever they go.
This collection wouldn’t be complete without the symbolic black shades worn by the film’s protagonists. When you don these, you’ll instantly transform into the main character. Other accessories also include bucket hats with different prints, belt bags and balaclavas for when you want to look sick without getting sick.
The Matrix is a collection that equally takes you back in time whilst also keeping it futuristic.
