Arriving this month.
After a series of delays and ifs, buts, and maybes, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 collection has been given an official release date, with there set to be five pairs on offer.
After being previously set to release back in 2021, the unfortunate events of the most recent Astroworld Festival delayed the release indefinitely out of respect for those attendees that lost their lives. Now in 2022, the five iterations of the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 are set to release this month. The upcoming selection includes “Saturn Gold”, “Baroque Brown”, “Cave Stone”, “Wheat” and “Grey Haze” colourways, with these arriving in an array of both low and high-top versions.
The classic low-top iterations, which include the “Cave Stone”, “Wheat”, and “Saturn Gold” colourways, feature mesh base layers, soft nubuck overlays, patterned nylon straps, branded heels, and typical inverted Nike Swooshes. The Air Max 1 Mids rock a space boot aesthetic as both the “Baroque Brown” and “Grey Haze” adorn ‘CACT.US CORPORATION’ text across the front lace strap, as well as on the heel, whilst both pairs also feature a corduroy-style upper overlay with two-tone sole units and rubber outsoles.
The Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 collection is set to drop on May 27th.
