Chicago-born designer and frequent New Balance collaborator Joe Freshgoods is set to join forces with the sportswear powerhouse once again as he unveils imagery for an upcoming New Balance 993 ‘Performance Art: Made to Wear Well’ capsule.
In previous years, the dynamic duo have collaborated on the New Balance 992, 990v3, and 90/60 sneaker silhouettes, with 2022 set to see the arrival of yet another collaboration as Joe Freshgoods takes to Instagram to share imagery for the fourth instalment of his collaborative venture with New Balance. Arriving in three separate pink, light green and baby blue colourways, each iteration of the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 993 features a mixed tonal suede, leather and grey mesh upper, whilst the thick laces and chunky midsole unit boast an aged shade of cream. Additionally, standout hits of New Balance branding arrive on the midfoot, midsole, and tongue, whilst a subtle hit of the Joe Freshgoods name also takes its place on the tongue.
No release date has been set for these pairs as of yet, but expect an announcement imminently. Stay tuned to PAUSE for more information as it arrives.
