After a considerable period of waiting, Palm Angels have finally unveiled their collaborative sneaker collection with revered skating brand, Vault by Vans.
Having previously been teased way back in February at Palm Angels’ Autumn/Winter 2022 show, the long-awaited collaboration is finally upon us as official imagery arrives for three iterations of Vans’ infamous Sk8-Hi VLT LX, Sk8- Mid VLT LX and Old Skool LX silhouettes.
Joining the considerable roster of 2022 Vans collaborations, which has seen the likes of CDG and Imran Potato come into the fore, Vans have tapped Palm Angels’ luxury touch for a selection of new sneakers, including an earthy brown iteration of the Old Skool, a vibrant red version of the Sk8-Hi, as well as a classic black take on the Sk8-Mid. Each pair follows a similar design style, with Palm Angels incorporating aged brown translucent midsoles, off-white canvas-composed uppers, reinterpreted Vans striping, as well as signature, scattered Palm Angels branding. Additional design features include white laces, white upper stitching and a perforated toe box.
