Stepping forward for the Spring/Summer 2023 season, leading luxury fashion houses such as Balenciaga, Loewe, Bottega Veneta and more made their statements on the runway and pushed the needle that little bit further for the rest of the fashion industry. Straying from runway to roadside, this fashion month’s street style has been a sight to behold for fashion fans worldwide, and luckily for you PAUSE have put together the best-of-the-best looks from the New York, London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks. Check out 15 of the very best street stylers and their respective looks below.

New York:

Tabis. Tabis. Tabis. A firm favourite of 2022 inevitably make their way into the round-up, with open-collar shirts, striking handbags and block colours keeping classic on the agenda.

London:

It’s all about the silhouette for this look, with this draping ensemble putting comfort over everything and providing a perfectly executed oversized look. As simple as black and white.

Milan:

Truly completing their return to fashion’s elite, Diesel stepped out with arguably the collection of the month. Putting on for the brand, this look perfectly captures Diesel’s denim roots alongside their newfound aesthetic.

Taking a futuristic approach to denim, this look fully confirms Diesel’s Phoenix ‘rise from the ashes’ rebirth, epitomising the merging of both the old and new.

Who doesn’t love an all-black fit? Rickey Thompson got the memo as he went incognito for MFW, putting together contrasting leather and pleated textures for a subtly layered look.

Maison Margiela take the cake with this double dose of fashion excellence, with these two multi-faceted ensembles toying with textures and shapes effortlessly. Pinstripe perfection.

Diesel do it again. Utilising a wholly autumnal colour palette, this look put forward both a cosy and tactical approach, from mini skirt pockets to faux-fur coat trimmings, this outfit firmly bridges the gap between high and street fashion.

Paris:

There are two looks for the price of one with this snap, with a quilted cushioned theme spreading across both fits. From a double-dose of Bottega Veneta on the right to a vibrant standout on the left, both looks do their job, with the elongated quilted purple coat putting forward the cosiest of vibes.

When does Evan Mock ever miss? Bringing in the preppy vibes for PFW, we loved Evan’s use of proportions here, from his slightly cropped Loewe knitted jumper to his use of high-rise cargo jeans, this one was never in doubt.

This one needs little explanation. Rick Owens continued his reign as the king of silhouettes, pairing knee-high leather heeled boots with various layers of black and a cropped puffed bomber jacket. Michèle Lamy followed suit, pairing glitter, leather and some left-of-centre eye make-up to perfectly balance out Rick’s minimalist style.

Flower power! This floral look flows around the body with ease, giving fashion fans a completely one-of-one silhouette to feast upon. A beaded face cover puts the cherry on top of the cake, giving this free-flowing look that extra touch of excellence.

Jaden. Smith. A name that needs no introduction has pulled out yet another standout outfit, and in the process has put his name in the hat for the best look of the season. Staying true to his love of Louis Vuitton and New Balance, this hybridised glitter and sequin laden look lit up PFW.

The love for Loewe has been very real this fashion month, with their famous inflated rectangle frames continually making an appearance. This blue pair steal the show here, with a matching brown Loewe tracksuit bringing some much needed sportswear into the mix.

Rounding out with a sense of royalty, this beige tonal ensemble keeps you protected from the elements and more importantly: fly. The contrast between the oversized poncho coat and a similarly-shaded pair of cropped trousers gives this outfit a distinct sense of variance.
