Our Legacy has been on a hot streak as of late with their recent Dr. Martens collaboration as well as the release of their new Italian tailoring capsule that sees them tap into vintage silhouettes. However, they have just unveiled a new in-house footwear model that perfectly blends their minimalistic aesthetics with elegant, outdoor sportswear codes.
Dubbed the Gabe shoe, this new sneaker/boot hybrid adorns a predominantly suede upper that, due to the asymmetrical lacing system, allows for two-tone panelling – weirdly reminiscent of older football boots. A leather mudguard can also be seen at the toe box along with suede-cut laces and a chrome-plated Our Legacy badge on the tongue, a new motif for this season. The hiking element of the shoe comes into fruition through the heavy-duty rubber Vibram outsole that will definitely stand the test of time. The shoes are available in “Deep Blue,” “White Chalk,” and “Black Shadow Play”.
