Combining Luxury and Outdoor Wear.
British-born designer Maximilian Davis has really reshaped Ferragamo’s heritage since his arrival in May of 2022. He marked his arrival with an impressive first collection for the Spring/Summer 2023 season which combined luxury traditions and silhouettes with technical brilliance – a design language that perfectly translates to his debut footwear offering.
Comprised of three hiking boot silhouettes, the lineup includes “White/Black” and “Flame Red/Black” for the low-top models whilst the high-top receives an all-black treatment. The upper is comprised of a hairy suede with curved, textured rubber running along the sides of the shoe which act as a mudguard. The square toe finish gives the boot a more fashion-forward touch whilst rope laces bring the sportswear look together. Other details include a leather pull tab, stamped branding and a metal lace dubrae that nods to the heritage brand’s moniker.
