Palace x Fred Perry’s Joint Collection Marks The Union of Two British Icons

By September 11, 2025FASHION NEWS

Beyond all borders.

Fred Perry’s sporting heritage meets Palace’s free-spirited skateboarding ethos in this new collaboration, with the highlight being a fresh reinterpretation of the classic Fred Perry Polo Shirt. Different worlds – a similar story.

In 1952, triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry founded his eponymous clothing label. Having first invented the sweatband, he soon followed with the now-iconic Fred Perry Polo Shirt, encouraging his contemporaries to compete in it. Since then, the brand has become synonymous with alternative and modern British culture. Palace, meanwhile, was established in 2009 by Lev Tanju and Gareth Skewis, with an aesthetic shaped by skateboarding and ‘90s pop culture.

This debut collaboration sees the Fred Perry Shirt reimagined in three colourways: White, Navy and Dusty Blue. Each retains the signature twin tipping that sharpens the fit at the collar and cuffs, while Palace lettering sits beneath the embroidered Laurel Wreath – two enduring symbols of prestige.

A full tracksuit, finished with fluorescent twin tipping and embroidery, nods to both brands’ deep roots in sportswear and streetwear, while an argyle cardigan distils quintessential British codes into one supremely wearable piece. A striped long-sleeve shirt completes the line-up – understated yet razor-sharp.

Shot on Barry Island in Wales by Palace founder and creative director Lev Tanju, the campaign features friends of the brand hanging out and enjoying the coastal backdrop. The Palace x Fred Perry collection launches via Palace on 12th September, and will be available online and in select Fred Perry shops from 16th September.
