Straight out of Lagos, Nigeria comes Okunoren Twins.
The brand, which carries the CONCEIVED IN AFRICA trademark to highlight its position as a global African brand, uses traditional weaving techniques in their ready to wear menswear collections. For Spring/Summer 2015 Okunoren Twins looked to South West Nigeria for its inspiration, as the focus is on shirting and the ‘Aso Oke’ and ‘Etu’ fabrics are woven using the traditional Yoruba technique. This beautiful detail can be seen on the sleeves and panels on the back. Check out more of this exciting collection below.
