After months of delays, the latest edition of the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle is set to arrive next week, coming in the much anticipated ‘Black Off Noir’ colourway.
Collaborations between luxury fashion house sacai and Nike have been consistent throughout the last few years, mainly due to the smash hit that was the original iteration of the Nike LDWaffle. The redesign of the VaporWaffle has been one that has split the sneaker head community, with the over exaggerated shape and size of the sneaker being a characteristic not everyone appreciates. However, this neutral pair are bound to fly off of the shelves, with the mixed suede and canvas-like material on the upper and classic doubled up swooshes pairing effortlessly with the all-black colour scheme. A gum sole completes the sneaker as we see one of the simplest designs of the shoe yet, making this one of the hottest versions of the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle to date.
