La Flame is making his come back.
After recently being spotted donning the unreleased Jordan 1 Low “Reverse Mocha”, more images of potential Travis Scott x Nike shoe releases have come to light as the Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 SP “Grey Haze” is seen for the first time.
Looking set to arrive with two other colourways, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 SP “Grey Haze” incorporates shades of smokey grey, faded black, light tan, and light green to its palette, combining some new shades with the traditional earth tones of Travis’ past releases. The chunky high-top sneaker is reminiscent of the Air Yeezy II in its shape, climbing the ankle with a padded sock liner and tongue. Focusing in on functionality, the shoe has several unique features, with some standouts including a detachable protective overlay, zippered pockets on the heel, as well as a “CACT.US CORPORATION” branded velcro strap around the bottom of the laces. The classic reverse Nike swoosh that is ever-present on Travis Scott collaborations keeps its place.
Whilst no release date has been unveiled so far, expect Travis Scott and Nike to start teasing this sneaker sooner rather than later, with rumours suggesting a spring release is likely. Check out a set of unofficial images below.
