Both Hot & Cold.
Having previously joined forces for a heat-reactive iteration of the Nike SB Dunk Low, skate brand Civilist and Nike look set to reconvene for the release of a Civilist x Nike Air Force 1 Low.
Having been teased for several months, the first high-quality close-up images for the Civilist x Nike Air Force 1 Low sneaker have finally come to light, with this unofficial imagery giving sneaker heads the best look at the potential pair thus far. Taking inspiration from the previously released heat-reactive Nike SB Dunk Low, this Civilist-designed pair again boasts a frosted temperature-sensitive upper material that includes shades of yellow, red, yellow, blue, and green, putting forward an iridescent glow.
In terms of branding, “CIVILIST” text hits the lateral heel counter and the brand’s signature smiley emblem arrives on the tongue, whilst the traditional Nike midfoot Swoosh keeps its place alongside stitched Nike Air heel text. Completing the pair, Civilist and Nike opt for pink Nike text on the midfoot as well as a classic gum outsole.
Whilst no release date has been set for this pair as of yet, a drop looks set to arrive in the coming months. Stay tuned to PAUSE for more information.
