New Balance 1906L Loafer
Finally, the New Balance 1906L Loafer has an official release. The pair – which was initially debuted at a Junya Watanabe runway show – are at long last seeing a public release, with the pair cutting down parts of the original New Balance 1906 sneaker and heading in a smart-casual direction. This silver mesh iteration leads the way for NB, looking primed to dominate the fashion scene in the months to come.
Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low
Iconic Japanese graphic artist Verdy has linked back up with Nike for another shoe, taking to their go-to heritage skating sneaker. The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low “Visty” has been a long time coming, and sneaker heads have already snapped up the latest collaboration – so resale it is. Some furry fun is spread across this low-lying skater staple, with shades of light blue and purple hitting the elongated fur underlays as well as the central Nike Swoosh, corduroy overlay material, and the outsole.
Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GEL-Quantum 360 VIII
If one shoe was representative of where we’re at right now in the sneaker space, it’s the Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GEL-Quantum 360 VIII. It’s sporty, it’s chic, and it merges the divide between heritage sneaker styles and a more individualistic design approach. Reimagining aspects of the classic Mary Jane silhouette, this pair add a floral touch to black patent leather strapping in typical Cecilie Bahnsen style, whilst a green-come-yellow toe and sole unit breaks up the one colour display.
Nike Air Max SNDR
The Nike air Max SNDR hype is still up for debate, with this pair counteracting the status quo through a more futuristic approach to everyday footwear. The refreshing instalment of something more modern in appearance works perfectly alongside an all-black colour scheme here, with the zipped sneaker utilising everything from a Lycra spandex shroud and a mini Nike Swoosh logo to mudguard TPR pods to further instil a forward-thinking attention to detail.
PUMA Mostro
Having staked their claim as the most fashionable footwear brand on the London Fashion Week runways, PUMA are pushing their throwback Mostro once again, this time around giving the pair a monochromatic touch. Coming through with a faded vintage look, the PUMA Mostro “Vapor Gray/Frosted Ivory” simplistically nods to the pair’s heritage as the 1999 pair features its signature spiked sole and functional strap closure as well as its iconic enlarged PUMA midsole logo stripe.
