At the core of Garciavelez’s Spring 2016 Collection are four concepts: reflecting, concealing, diffusing and capturing the ephemeral qualities of light; something that designer Carlos Garciavelez, who is also an architect, is very well informed on.
The collection, which offers a stimulating assortment of pieces that are both dark and playful, offers an assortment of athletic-style hoodies and sweatshirts, tailored shorts and neon tees. Various hues of blue unite its palette; neon, navy, azure and periwinkle, but shocks of neon orange and bright green also feature.
Light, breathable fabrics make up the pieces, as the collection aims to be comfortable and functional for the globetrotting man who frequents new and exciting destinations.
