The much-anticipated Adidas Originals X Willy Chavarria collaboration has officially arrived, and to celebrate this exciting launch, they’ve cooked up a special pop-up experience.
The first drop from the Willy Chavarria x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2025 collection is being showcased at the fashion retailer SVD (sivasdescalzo) this week with its very own dedicated in-store pop-up. This initial release, hitting shelves starting today, May 8th, brings to life the powerful streetwear showcased during Chavarria’s recent fashion week presentation.
Drawing deeply from the rich tapestry of Mexican “Chicano” culture, Chavarria’s vision for this Adidas Originals collaboration is evident in the collection’s standout pieces. From the iconic pieces of the collaboration like oversized black tracksuits emblazoned with red adidas branding alongside delicate rose emblems, as well as those distinctive, wide mid-length shorts and a seriously cool retro-inspired sweatshirt. To top it off, the launch also includes the Chavarria Jabbar Low, a sophisticated and stylish take on the iconic 1978 basketball shoe.
Making this first drop even more special for Spanish enthusiasts, SVD in Madrid is the only place in Spain where you can snag these pieces. To mark this exclusive release, SVD has gone all out, collaborating with Futura Project to create a visually in-store takeover that perfectly complements the collection’s duotone aesthetic.
