But while having a look at the American brand, Rideau happens to stand by more than three simple words. Soberly entitled “Act 001 – Summer 2015”, the collection is definitely one of effortless elegancy.
In a clean, refined and sometimes minimalist shoot, Rideau’s summer lookbook tries to redefine the rules of menswear allure, providing white sport basic items to a series of chic outfits. In an effortless photo shoot styled and directed by Christina Paik and India Rose, Rideau’s lookbook reaches the culmination point of casual street wear and relaxed clothing.
His arms dangling, his body leaning forward or miming dance moves, Ivorian model Adonis Bosso proves to be the perfect face for Rideau, his skin notably contrasting with the white and beige offering. With just his septum piercing and his tattoos for accessorizing the lookbook, Bosso’s strong presence completes the light atmosphere of the shoot.
