Landlord delivers a breath of fresh air with their take on the working man uniform for their Spring/ Summer 2017 collection.
Showcased at New York Fashion Week Men, creative director Ryohei Kawanishi forms an uplifting, bright and technical twist on the construction uniform, resulting in a boxy and oversized silhouette. The outfits are put together with streetwear inspiration, nailing down on pieces-of-the-moment such as bombers, oversized jumpers and caps. Bright pinks, blues, oranges and silvers collate on wide leg trousers and crops, nylon coats, jumpers and onesies, detailed with buckled belts and caps.
This perspective on a working uniform is fresh and aligns with current trends, although you wouldn’t catch us breaking a sweat in this collection.
