My Half.
Over the last five years, Feng Chen Wang and Converse have defined their collaborative design language through a range of spliced Chuck 70s which put the street in the high street moniker. The pair are running it back on two of their most sedated colourways to date, adding monochromatic colour schemes to two-in-one sneakers.
Previous collaborations from the duo have seen dune beige paired with Barbie pink, followed by distressed off-white and forest green. Their latest iterations feature a refined look of black with white accents and Converse’s off-beige with black detailing, whilst a Feng Chen Wang branded forefoot strap dons both pairs, being fitted right above the breathable mesh paneling on the upper. Symmetrical chips have been taken out of the heel at the toe and the midfoot, right above the off-suited lines which runs around the perimeter of the rubber sole.
Feng Chen Wang and Converse’s “Egret” and “Black” 2-in-1 Chuck 70s are set to release on May 7th via Converse’s online store.
