H&M x HP.
Iconic luxury streetwear designer Heron Preston has been unveiled as the new Creative Menswear Advisor for high-street giants H&M.
Having consistently dipped their toes into the luxury water in recent years, collaborating with the likes of Moschino, Maison Margiela, and Mugler, H&M look set to delve deeper into the scene and recruit one of fashion’s forward-thinkers for themselves, tapping Heron Preston to become their new Creative Menswear Advisor. BOF reports that the duo are set to come together for a “long-term partnership” that will combine Preston’s own original capsule collections with his advise for H&M’s wider menswear line. Preston’s responsibilities will include being in charge of design advisory, seeing him consult on the brand’s mainline menswear, composing one-of-one collections designed by Preston, talent curation that will allow Preston to join forces with other creatives in his network, as well as fashion innovation.
