Here's what you missed...

On November 22nd, British audio pioneers Bowers & Wilkins held an interactive experience, powered by Volvo, to celebrate the new Abbey Road Studios mode. Taking place at the iconic studio, the innovative new sound technology is designed to transform the in-car listening experience, adding a studio sonic flair.

Attendees were treated to a firsthand listening experience in the Volvo EX90, blending the ambience of listening to music in the car with the crispness of being in a studio. Guests learned about how the technology was developed, while connecting listeners to the signature sounds that made Abbey Road so popular.

Hosted by DJ and music broadcaster Jamz Supernova, the event featured a panel discussion on the future of listening experiences. Among the cast were Femi Koleoso of Ezra Collective, and key players from Abbey Road, Bowers & Wilkins and Volvo. The conversation touched on the art of music creation, superior sound quality and the evolution of automotive listening experiences.

To cap off the night, Ezra Collective took the stage in Studio Two, performing tracks from their latest album, Dance, No One’s Watching, which was recorded at Abbey Road. The performance was powered by a one-of-a-kind PA, sound system, made by Bowers & Wilkens.
