Virgil’s collaborative Nike Air Jordan 1 took home Footwear News Achievement Awards’ “Shoe of the Year” so to get a personalised version is something very special, but there is no arguing that the latest celebrity to get their hands on a pair isn’t deserving of it as it is, in fact, Beyoncé herself. However, the creative frontman of the Off-White movement, Virgil Abloh, must have felt just as honoured to personalise the pair as Beyoncé did to receive them, as he took to his own Instagram account to share the sneakers.
